Marzena J. Falc – is a certified employment counsellor, who graduated from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania Personelem and Pultusk Academy of Humanities. She worked as a senior recruitment consultant and executive in one of the fastest growing employment agencies in Poland. She’s also an employment counsellor, job coach and soft skills coach. Currently, she is working on projects regarding career counselling, recruitment and training. Her speciality is; application documents analysis, job interview, professional goal setting, skills diagnostic and individual operation plans.
