Psychotherapist specialising in the treatment of addictions

Dariusz Łukawski - has an MA in Psychology and works in The Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw specialising in crisis intervention and psychotherapy for individuals with problematic drug use, Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACoA) and Adult Children of Dysfunctional Families. He graduated from Addiction Therapy College and participated in clinical training in Centre for Addiction Therapy in Stare Juchy. Currently he is undergoing a specialisation training in addiction therapy. His practice combines cognitive-behavioural approach with The Transtheoretical Model of Change (DiClemente), The Brief Solution Focused Therapy (BSFT) and Schema Focused Therapy (SFT). He is participating in trainings relating to personality disorders, couple therapy and ACoA.
