BALANCE YOGA – a method devised by Natalia Kraus (a certificated yoga trainer) in cooperation with Pracownia Poznawczo- Behawioralna. Balance Yoga combines Sivananda yoga with Taoist exercises by Maitreya Piontek, Ayurvedic recommendations by dr. Deepak Chopra and Jacobson’s and Schultz’ relaxation. It is designed for people who need a systematic body regeneration and calming. Particular classes are addressed to various people’s needs. Choose the one that appeals mostly to your body and soul.

 

Balance Yoga for overworked people

Do you work in a big corporation or a company that requires a lot from you? Do you feel that your body needs regeneration but at the same time you are too tired to think about it? These classes are designed just for you. Calming and soothing breathing exercises, asanas that stretch contracted muscles and joints as well as deep, regenerative relaxation by Jacobson and Schultz that gives you a new lease of life – all in 60 minutes so that you could find a short break during your tight daily schedule. Welcome!

Balance Yoga for people with anxiety problems

Are you creative and sensitive but your fear restrains you from going ahead? Do you have panic attacks in awkward situations? Have you always been petrified with fear, although you have wanted to move on? Yoga may come in very handy. A special selection of breathing exercises helps you keep control of your stress level (even if you panic). Asanas will make your tense muscles relax. We also recommend Schultz's Autogenic Training. All these exercises will help you recover your balance and find your harmony. Welcome!

Balance Yoga for people in the course of recuperation (after a serious disease, injuries, chemotherapy, or for the elderly)

Yoga is a practice for anyone who wants to be in harmony with their body and soul. No matter how you feel physically or mentally. Because of well-assorted gentle asanas, breathing exercises and deep relaxation, you may feel good with yourself. You don’t have to practice all exercises. A trainer will help you choose these exercises that are the best for you. Come over and try to find harmony in your body again. Welcome!

Balance Yoga for everyone

Breathing exercises (pranayama), regenerative asanas and deep relaxation by Jacobson and Schultz constitute this program of classes. We put emphasis on calming, regeneration and relaxation. Attention! We carry out classes differently than in other schools that provide the Iyengar and Ashtanga method of Yoga. If you are looking for intensive work with your body – similar to gym or aerobics classes – do not come to us. We work with body by means of regenerative methods. During classes we offer gentle asanas as well as breathing exercises, work with chakras, relaxation and Ayurvedic recommendations for your soul. Welcome everyone who wants to find inner peace.

The trainer:

Natalia Joanna KRAUS: a fitness trainer specialising in hatha-yoga (a national authorization given by Ministry of Sport and Tourism). She carries out a program of asanas BALANCE YOGA oriented to regeneration and body calming as well as yoga classes for children by Bel Giggs’ method. She is also an author of an innovative program WOMEN’S TAO (In search of own sexuality) based on yoga asanas and Taoist exercises.
